Appraisals

Thank you for taking the time to get acquainted with our company and the services we provide.

Many people are at a loss when it comes to finding the true fair market value of their assets. The market is constantly changing and varies from location to location. There are many factors that determine the worth of your assets: desirability, physical condition, age and current market trends. Obtaining a qualified valuation is not just important, it is often essential for personal and business property management.

Both principals, Bonnie Meacham and Clayton Williams are accredited CAGA, Certified Appraisers Guild of America.  We adhere to a strict code of ethics and protocol, to deliver the highest standard of valuations, depended upon by insurance companies, accountants, banking institutions and courts of law.

Written Appraisals

Williams appraisers produce written appraisals for a wide range of purposes whether you are a private individual, a bank, estate executor, or a representative of an institution or business. Our appraisers are professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Written reports are completed based on recognized appraisal industry standards; fees are based on an hourly inspection rate, including travel costs. Report-writing and research time is provided at no additional charge.

Rates range from $35.00 for a simple antique or collectible item valuation up to several hundred for in-depth household contents appraisals.
